Arizona Sheriff: ‘Our Own Government Has Become Our Enemy’

(CNSNews.com) – Pinal County (Ariz.) Sheriff Paul Babeu is hopping mad at the federal government.
Babeu told CNSNews.com that rather than help law enforcement in Arizona stop the hundreds of thousands of people who come into the United States illegally, the federal government is targeting the state and its law enforcement personnel.
“What’s very troubling is the fact that at a time when we in law enforcement and our state need help from the federal government, instead of sending help they put up billboard-size signs warning our citizens to stay out of the desert in my county because of dangerous drug and human smuggling and weapons and bandits and all these other things and then, behind that, they drag us into court with the ACLU,” Babeu said.
The sheriff was referring to the law suits filed by the American Civil Liberties Union and the U.S. Department of Justice challenging the state’s new immigration law.
“So who has partnered with the ACLU?” Babeu said in a telephone interview with CNSNews.com. “It’s the president and (Attorney General) Eric Holder himself. And that’s simply outrageous.”
Last week, U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton placed a temporary injunction on portions of the bill that allowed law enforcement personnel during the course of a criminal investigation who have probable cause to think an individual is in the country illegally to check immigration status. The state of Arizona filed an appeal on Thursday with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
“Our own government has become our enemy and is taking us to court at a time when we need help,” Babeu said.

The Watchman's Cry
America just had another birthday; she is now 234 years old.
Since that day, I have found myself contemplating many things about July 4th. Through the years, I have watched that day come and go, and I have noticed that every year, I see the same things.
On that day, by the millions, the children of America run around in laughter. And by the millions, American adults stand around and exchange small talk. They roast hot dogs. They tell jokes to one another and they try to make the best of their paid holiday.
Or at least the ones with jobs, still do this!
And in the midst of that symbolic day, I have also observed that most of them have no clue what the holiday really means. Sure, people can recite, "It is Independence Day."
America's Heritage
But most Americans do not consider that it was God Himself who chiseled the Nation of America from the quarry of the earth and then marinated it with independence and freedom.
Most Americans rarely stop to consider that in this nation, God planted the seeds of a special culture, where the fruit of the land was the heritage of God. And it was this heritage that gave birth to a people that had high moral standards, tenacity and a fear of God.
Today, most Americans have little awareness of how it used to be in America in days gone by!
Because it was in her youth, that America had citizens who valued the moral rudder and who knew how to place their trust in a handshake and a promise.
She had citizens who lived with the commitment to a bonded family. She had fathers who wanted to stick around and raise their children.
She had factories that could support an entire family when dad showed up at his job and worked hard. She had mothers who could afford to stay home and strengthen the children; raising vigilant sons and virtuous daughters.
Just a few years ago, her people were satisfied to be entertained with the wholesome conflicts of Ozzie and Harriet, and Beaver Cleaver.
America was the name of that country of destiny which was echoed in the mouths of so many people throughout the world.
America knew that her strength was in her God: Jehovah - the God of Heaven. And she boldly proclaimed this heritage to her children.
Americans prayed in their schools and they learned His statutes.
Americans also attended their local houses of worship. It was accepted. It was expected.
Things Changed!
But then... something happened!
They started to forget. They became comfortable and satisfied. They began to get drowsy. They became idle in their spiritual vigilance and slowly the tide began to turn.
Prayer was opposed in American schools and removed.
Abortion was made a women's right! The butchering and bloodshed of the innocent became an American entitlement! The condemnation of the unborn became the “proud shouts” in marches throughout the land. The right to choose was their bold proclamation!
And all of these things happened, while the rest of the citizens slept.
A new war started - Vietnam. Millions of American boys went away and many never returned. And it was there that they saw things and did things that they were not proud of.
The nation began to change. Many sons and daughters wanted to forget. Drugs arrived with the Woodstock Era. And in the knapsack of this new culture, were the ingredients of confusion, free love, promiscuity, feminism, and ailments that fractured many families.
The changes continued. The drowsiness continued. The complacency continued.
More Fourth of July holidays came and went. And slowly, the citizens lost their way. July 4 lost its cultural savor and it became a day for a picnic.
Welcome to Babylon
And here we are. The year is 2010.
That fire of the knowledge of freedom has grown dim. The light of God's lantern that made America glow with righteousness has been replaced with glowing computer screens that display images of iniquity and wicked ones who boast in themselves.
The laughter of a wholesome TV show has been replaced with a sermon from Hollywood which says, "God is no longer around, so be a hooker and a harlot! And men, spread your carnal plantings with pride for this is your reward!"
And that little city by the Hills of Beverly has become the nation's pulpit which tells the world that, "God made a mistake on many of you. Johnny is really Jenny inside, and Lizzie should have been Lenny!”
Homosexuality has become the new religion on American movie screens, TV sets, printed works, and school board agendas.
And with heart ache and pain, it must be declared with a trumpet call, that America is no longer the beloved land that she once was, because now she has brought affliction to the Heritage of God. She has molded for herself thrones of iniquity.
And now, darkness has arrived over her. This sword of her coming oppression is now being forged. Her capture is upon her.

Can you name a housing controversy that pulls Iraq and Afghanistan veterans, consumer advocates, labor unions representing transport workers and government employees, the title insurance industry, the National Council of La Raza, libertarian and property rights groups and the National Assn. of Realtors all together into a protest coalition demanding quick action from the Obama administration?
A more unlikely collection of real estate bedfellows is hard to imagine. Yet at the end of July, 11 groups with widely divergent agendas and memberships formed something called the Coalition to Stop Wall Street Home Resale Fees.
The target of their protest: private transfer fees being attached as liens on homes and requiring successions of property owners to pay a fee every time the house or lot resells during the coming 99 years. Though proponents say the concept helps real estate developers raise capital for projects by bringing in Wall Street investors, critics contend the liens amount to a perpetual money machine that lowers equity values for unsuspecting consumers and complicates real estate sales.
Here's how the plan works. Say you buy a $300,000 house in a subdivision where the developer is participating in a private transfer fee program and has recorded liens on every lot. When you later sell the property, you will be required to pay a fee of 1% of the price you receive. The money must be disbursed out of the closing proceeds and sent to a trustee representing investors. Those investors fronted cash to the developer in exchange for the right to receive streams of payments for decades as individual houses sell and resell.
So, if you buy a house this year for $300,000 and resell it for $325,000 a few years from now, you will owe $3,250 at closing. Even if the house drops in value, you will still owe the 1% fee. And if you refuse to pay it, the deal will not close because a lien has been recorded that runs with the title to the property and mandates that every seller pay.
Your purchaser might not like the fee requirement either, and might demand a lower price as compensation. When your purchaser later goes to sell, the same rules will kick in. And so on, through successions of sales until 2109, when the covenant recorded in 2010 disappears. Along the way, assuming modest appreciation in real estate values, investors and their estates stand to reap huge amounts of cash.

How many more lies will people around the world accept as truth? Some say a global awakening is taking place, but at what cost? Will it take the destruction of most of the earth and its resources before people are enlightened?
The escalating media and political reports are so far fetched, cunning, and so beyond reality, it's as if each is trying to top the other with one sinister plot after the next. To demonstrate the outright lies by national governments and the media, let's take three examples from the last year alone, including the H1N1 scandal, airport body scanners and the BP oil disaster.
The H1N1 Scandal
Last year, the H1N1 scandal reached its pinnacle in the fall of 2009 when the world united on the internet with a consensus and practical understanding of the World Health Organization's orchestratration to deceive the masses. From radio, internet, television, newspapers, magazines, outdoor posters, signage and promotions, you could not escape the flu hype campaigns so diligently pursued by all the malicious agendas at play who only wanted one thing - to promote a dangerous H1N1 vaccine. After hundreds of reports exposed the criminal activity by all levels of government, we left the same people in power to do it all over again.
According to preliminary reports, another round of pandemic vaccine campaigns are scheduled for the 2010/2011 season and they're already underway. However, there appears to be a recombination that has changed the H1N1 lab created virus into a more lethal form and it is not a hoax, but it may be yet another CDC lab experiment.
The CDC has recently issued a Health Advisory in connection with two summer outbreaks of H3N2 in Iowa. Other reports from Russia and India indicate that a real epidemic may be upon us if the virus steadily recombines and acquires new genetics. Even though a new strain may have accidentally evolved in eggs, reassortment of H1N1-H5N1 has been a legitimate concern for years. The WHO first suggested the reassortment of H1N1-H5N1 in 2004.
If this is really the case, how will the public react after all the lies from health agencies who have sworn to protect us? Will they hype another vaccine and if so, will the public even respond?
