TSA: Filming Checkpoints is ‘Terrorism’

Evidently, TSA isn’t looking for press coverage in its new roll out of checkpoints at train stations.
Citizen journalist Julio Rausseo, a roaming correspondent for WeAreChange.org, was labeled a “terrorist” and threatened with arrest for filming a TSA checkpoint at the Union train station in Chicago.
An Amtrack police official confronted Rausseo, telling him that the government had sent them video of him filming the checkpoints, warning them to look out for people filming the station. A week after Rausseo filmed the TSA, Amtrack identified the reporter eating at restaurant inside Union Station and confronted him. That conversation is recorded in the following video:
“I’m telling you to your face, do not video tape us,” the Amtrack officer can be heard telling Rausseo in the video. “If you come beyond that point… if you come like you did before, you’re going to jail, Sir. Because it could be used for terrorist activity. Right now, you’re in violation.”
When Rausseo objected that he was a reporter and not a terrorist, the employee asked: “Did you approach us and ask to take video?”
When the reporter responded, “I didn’t think I had to. I thought this was America,” the Amtrack police official told him, “No, America nothing. You know better.”
The incident continued, with the employee demanding his ID and claiming that illegal activity had taken place, before admitting, incredibly, that the company had been sent video of Rausseo filming the checkpoint. Clearly, the company keeping tabs on such “trouble makers.”
“And the video didn’t even come… it came from the government. They sent it to us because now somebody is taking pictures of us doing our activity,” the Amtrack officer finally admitted.
These checkpoints are a violation of the 4th Amendment, and as such blatantly unconstitutional, yet they have seamlessly expanded from airports to train stations, and will soon be pervasive in all public life, unless the TSA is stopped politically and the fear of terrorism checked by the exercise of American rights and the return of common sense.

Greyerz - Expect Frightening Wealth Destruction As Gold Soars
Today Egon von Greyerz told King World News that going forward the world is going to witness, “...unprecedented wealth destruction.” Greyerz, who is founder and managing partner at Matterhorn Asset Management in Switzerland, also said to KWN that gold will soar but in the midst of the rise, “There will be failing economies, higher unemployment, more QE, and extraordinary levels of social unrest.”
I would say that from now on, any economic number being released which is showing an improvement is probably either a fluke or a phony figure. We are not going to see growth in the next few months or even the next few years. If you look at the US, home sales are down 8%, durable orders are down, and debt is continuing to increase.
I believe that in the autumn of 2012 we are going to see real problems in the world, and there will be a series of negative events. There will be failing economies, higher unemployment, more QE, and extraordinary levels of social unrest. When QE is announced, I see a temporary rally in stocks. But at some point stocks will collapse. I’m not talking about mining stocks, but common stocks outside of the mining sector.

Foreign Troops to Confiscate American Guns Under UN Treaty

For those who’ve been wondering how the domestic gun grabbers or the United Nations think they’re going to get away with gun control here at home, one need look no further than Article 15 of the UN’s Arms Trade Treaty.
Many American troops are patriots who understand their oaths to uphold the Constitution, so they can’t be counted upon to confiscate guns. But foreign troops are another story.
Article 15 of the UN Arms Trade Treaty, if ratified, provides for foreign “assistance to implement the Treaty,” and mandates that nations who can provide requested support must do so if requested by member nations. That includes legal, financial, technical as well as “material” assistance to enforce a treaty that declares “recreational, cultural, historical and sporting activities” to be the “exclusively” recognized reasons for lawful private ownership, and which further recognizes the “inherent rights” of the State (i.e. nations under the treaty) to self-defense, but makes no mention of the rights of the individual.

In fulfilling the obligation of this Treaty, States Parties may seek, inter alia, legal assistance, legislative assistance, technical assistance, institutional capacity building, material assistance or financial assistance. Will foreign troops be going door-to-door to ensure compliance with new gun registry policies, imposed limits on ammunition and magazines, or in enforcing outright confiscation? Joint training exercises conducted between U.S. armed forces and various foreign armies have trained to do just that.
In 2010, the Infowars crew covered Operation Vigilant Guard, a joint training exercise in Chicago, in which U.S. troops drilled with Eastern bloc troops to partner in stopping terrorism, dealing with meth dealers and WMDs, as well as in gun confiscation. Countless other exercises have taken place on U.S. soil involving similar joint operations for a martial law occupation with the participation of foreign troops:

As Republic Magazine writes, the mass murder was “carried out by government-aligned Hutu tribal militias against a targeted ethnic population – the Tutsis – who had been disarmed with the help of UN “peacekeeping” forces under the supervision of future UN Secretary General Kofi Annan.” The Darfur crisis in Sudan also has its roots in UN-led population disarmament, as does the Burma (Myanmar) massacre, again the result of disarmament. Indeed, genocide and disarmed populations go hand-in-hand through history– just look at the history of Democide (death by government). R.J. Rummel at the University of Hawaii is the leading academic on the subject, and has estimated that more than 262 million unnatural deaths in the 20th Century alone were caused by government, and most were at the hands of despots preying upon their helpless peoples. From Nazi Germany and Stalinist Russia, to Turkey, Armenia and beyond, gun bans have created a shift in the balance of power towards the state, creating an atmosphere of victim disarmament.
Blue helmets or foreign uniforms have no place on foreign soil, yet the UN Arms Trade Treaty text reveals a mechanism to impose just that type of control– even in America.

DOJ to Colorado Family: Give Up Your Religion or Your Business

The Justice Department last week presented the Newland family of Colorado--who own Hercules Industries, a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning business--with what amounted to an ultimatum: Give up your religion or your business.
“Hercules Industries has ‘made no showing of a religious belief which requires that [it] engage in the [HVAC] business,” the Justice Department said in a formal filing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
In response to the Justice Department’s argument that the Newlands can either give up practicing their religion or give up owning their business, the Alliance Defending Freedom, which is representing the family, said in a reply brief: "[T]o the extent the government is arguing that its mandate does not really burden the Newlands because they are free to abandon their jobs, their livelihoods, and their property so that others can take over Hercules and comply, this expulsion from business would be an extreme form of government burden.”
Now that the Supreme Court has upheld the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and its mandate that individuals must buy health insurance, this suit which seeks to protect a small business from being forced to take actions that violate the moral and religious beliefs of the family that owns it is likely to be the next major court battle over Obamacare.
At stake is whether businesses are protected by the First Amendment—the part of the Bill of Rights that guarantees not only the free exercise of religion but also freedom of speech and of the press.
The Justice Department’s filing was made in Newland v. Sebelius--a suit brought by William, Paul and James Newland, and their sister, Christine Ketterhagen, who are Roman Catholics, and who together own Colorado-based Hercules Industries.
The Newland family founded Hercules in 1962 and have maintained it as a family-owned business ever since—growing it to the point where they now employ 265 people.
The Newlands’ lawsuit challenges a regulation that Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius finalized earlier this year that requires virtually all health plans to cover--without cost-sharing--sterilizations and all Food-and-Drug Administration approved contraceptives, including those that induce abortions.
Under the Obamacare law, businesses that have more than 50 employees must provide health insurance to their employees or face a penalty. To satisfy the mandate, the insurance must include the cost-sharing-free sterilization-contraception-abortifacient benefit. The regulation takes effect on Aug. 1, which means that as soon as any business starts a new plan-year for its health-insurance program after that date it will need to comply with Sebelius's rule.
The Catholic Church, to which the Newlands belong, teaches that sterilization, contraception and abortion are intrinsically immoral. Last month, the Catholic bishops of the United States unanimously adopted a statement declaring Sebelius’s regulation an “unjust and illegal mandate” and a “violation of personal civil rights.”
While much of the media attention on Sebelius’ regulation has focused on the fact that it will apply to famous Catholic religious institutions such as Catholic University and the University of Notre Dame, the Catholic bishops have repeatedly pointed out that the regulation also violates the First Amendment-protected religious liberty of lay Catholic individuals. That includes employees who will be forced to pay insurance premiums on insurance plans that violate the teachings of their faith and business owners who will be forced to provide such plans.
In their unanimous statement, the Catholic bishops declared that Sebelius’s regulation created a class of Americans “with no conscience protection at all: individuals who, in their daily lives, strive constantly to act in accordance with their faith and moral values. They, too, face a government mandate to aid in providing ‘services’ contrary to those values—whether in their sponsoring of, and payment for, insurance as employers; their payment of insurance premiums as employees; or as insurers themselves—without even the semblance of an exemption.”
The Newlands currently run a self-insurance plan, providing their employees with generous health-care coverage that is consistent with the teachings of the Newlands' church in that it does not cover sterilizations, contraception and abortifacients. They are precisely among the class of people that the unanimous Catholic bishops said have “no conscience protection at all” under Sebelius's regulation.
In their complaint against the Obama administration, which was prepared by the Alliance Defending Freedom, the Newlands clearly explained why they could not comply with Sebelius’s regulation without violating their religious faith.
“The Newlands sincerely believe that the Catholic faith does not allow them to violate Catholic religious and moral teachings in their decisions operating Hercules Industries,” says the complaint. “They believe that according to the Catholic faith their operation of Hercules must be guided by ethical social principles and Catholic religious and moral teachings, that the adherence of their business practice according to such Catholic ethics and religious and moral teachings is a genuine calling from God, that their Catholic faith prohibits them to sever their religious beliefs from their daily business practice, and that their Catholic faith requires them to integrate the gifts of the spiritual life, the virtues, morals, and ethical social principles of Catholic teaching into their life and work."
“The Catholic Church teaches that abortifacient drugs, contraception and sterilization are intrinsic evils,” says the complaint. “As a matter of religious faith the Newlands believe that those Catholic teachings are among the religious ethical teachings they must follow throughout their lives including in their business practice.”
The Justice Department responded by arguing that if the Newlands’ Roman Catholic faith prevented them from following the Obama administration’s command that they provide their employees with cost-sharing-free coverage for sterilizations, contraception and abortion-inducing drugs, the Newlands could simply give up their business entirely.
The Justice Department further argued that people owning for-profit secular businesses do not have a First Amendment right to the free exercise religion in the way they conduct their businesses—particularly if their business is incorporated.
“Here, plaintiffs have not sufficiently alleged that the preventive services coverage regulations substantially burden their religious exercise,” the Justice Department told the court. “Hercules Industries, Inc., is not a religious employer; it is ‘an HVAC manufacturer.'”
“The First Amendment Complaint does not allege that the company is affiliated with a formally religious entity such as a church,” the Justice Department told the federal court. “Nor does it allege that the company employs persons of a particular faith. In short, Hercules Industries is plainly a for-profit, secular employer.”
“By definition,” the Justice Department claimed, “a secular employer does not engage in any ‘exercise of religion.’”
“Hercules Industries has ‘made no showing of a religious belief which requires that [it] engage in the [HVAC] business,” DOJ told the court. “Any burden is therefore caused by the company’s choice to enter into a commercial activity.”
In its brief responding to the Justice Department on behalf of the Newland family, the Alliance Defending Freedom forcefully rebutted the claim that the First Amendment does not apply to corporations let alone to family-owned businesses.
“The government argues that the Newlands forfeited their right to religious liberty as soon as they endeavored to earn their living by running a corporation,” said the Newlands’ brief.
“Nothing in the Constitution, the Supreme Court’s decisions, or federal law requires—or even suggests—that families forfeit their religious liberty protection when they try to earn a living, such as by operating a corporate business,” they argued.
If the Obama administration’s understanding of the First Amendment were accepted, argued the Alliance Defending Freedom’s brief, the media would have no rights either.
“The government’s exclusionary attitude would push religion out of every sphere of life except the four wall of a church,” they said in their brief. “If for-profit corporations have no First Amendment ‘purpose,’ newspapers and other media would have no rights.”
If they refuse to sell their businesses, families like the Newlands are trapped by the Sebelius regulation. They can stop providing health insurance to themselves and their employees through the business, but then they and their employees would still be required, under Obamacare's individual mandate, to buy health insurance, and under the Sebelius regulation all the health insurance plans they would be able to buy would still be required to cover sterilizations, contraception and abortion-inducing drugs. Their premiums would then contribute to those "services," and the business owners would still be required to pay a penalty to the government of about $2,000 per year for each employee they did not insure.
If businesses like the Newlands' try to simply flout the Sebelius regulation and continue providing insurance to their workers that does not cover the sterilization-contraception-abortifacient benefits that the Obama administration demands, they will be hit with confiscatory financial penalties.
“PPACA also imposes monetary penalties if Hercules were to continue to offer its self-insured plan but continued omitting abortifacients, contraceptive and sterilizations,” said the Newlands' complaint. “The exact magnitude of these penalties may vary according to the complicated provisions of PPACA, but the fine is approximately $100 per day per employee, with minimum amounts applying in different circumstances.
With 265 employees, a business like the Newlands' would need to pay the government $26,500 per day if they decided not to comply with Sebelius’s regulation and insured their employees anyway. Over 365 days that would amount to $9,672,500.

That includes employees who will be forced to pay insurance premiums on insurance plans that violate the teachings of their faith and business owners who will be forced to provide such plans.
In their unanimous statement, the Catholic bishops declared that Sebelius’s regulation created a class of Americans “with no conscience protection at all: individuals who, in their daily lives, strive constantly to act in accordance with their faith and moral values. They, too, face a government mandate to aid in providing ‘services’ contrary to those values—whether in their sponsoring of, and payment for, insurance as employers; their payment of insurance premiums as employees; or as insurers themselves—without even the semblance of an exemption.”
The Newlands currently run a self-insurance plan, providing their employees with generous health-care coverage that is consistent with the teachings of the Newlands' church in that it does not cover sterilizations, contraception and abortifacients. They are precisely among the class of people that the unanimous Catholic bishops said have “no conscience protection at all” under Sebelius's regulation.
In their complaint against the Obama administration, which was prepared by the Alliance Defending Freedom, the Newlands clearly explained why they could not comply with Sebelius’s regulation without violating their religious faith.
“The Newlands sincerely believe that the Catholic faith does not allow them to violate Catholic religious and moral teachings in their decisions operating Hercules Industries,” says the complaint. “They believe that according to the Catholic faith their operation of Hercules must be guided by ethical social principles and Catholic religious and moral teachings, that the adherence of their business practice according to such Catholic ethics and religious and moral teachings is a genuine calling from God, that their Catholic faith prohibits them to sever their religious beliefs from their daily business practice, and that their Catholic faith requires them to integrate the gifts of the spiritual life, the virtues, morals, and ethical social principles of Catholic teaching into their life and work."
“The Catholic Church teaches that abortifacient drugs, contraception and sterilization are intrinsic evils,” says the complaint. “As a matter of religious faith the Newlands believe that those Catholic teachings are among the religious ethical teachings they must follow throughout their lives including in their business practice.”
The Justice Department responded by arguing that if the Newlands’ Roman Catholic faith prevented them from following the Obama administration’s command that they provide their employees with cost-sharing-free coverage for sterilizations, contraception and abortion-inducing drugs, the Newlands could simply give up their business entirely.
The Justice Department further argued that people owning for-profit secular businesses do not have a First Amendment right to the free exercise religion in the way they conduct their businesses—particularly if their business is incorporated.
“Here, plaintiffs have not sufficiently alleged that the preventive services coverage regulations substantially burden their religious exercise,” the Justice Department told the court. “Hercules Industries, Inc., is not a religious employer; it is ‘an HVAC manufacturer.'”
“The First Amendment Complaint does not allege that the company is affiliated with a formally religious entity such as a church,” the Justice Department told the federal court. “Nor does it allege that the company employs persons of a particular faith. In short, Hercules Industries is plainly a for-profit, secular employer.”
“By definition,” the Justice Department claimed, “a secular employer does not engage in any ‘exercise of religion.’”
“Hercules Industries has ‘made no showing of a religious belief which requires that [it] engage in the [HVAC] business,” DOJ told the court. “Any burden is therefore caused by the company’s choice to enter into a commercial activity.”
In its brief responding to the Justice Department on behalf of the Newland family, the Alliance Defending Freedom forcefully rebutted the claim that the First Amendment does not apply to corporations let alone to family-owned businesses.
“The government argues that the Newlands forfeited their right to religious liberty as soon as they endeavored to earn their living by running a corporation,” said the Newlands’ brief.
“Nothing in the Constitution, the Supreme Court’s decisions, or federal law requires—or even suggests—that families forfeit their religious liberty protection when they try to earn a living, such as by operating a corporate business,” they argued.
If the Obama administration’s understanding of the First Amendment were accepted, argued the Alliance Defending Freedom’s brief, the media would have no rights either.
“The government’s exclusionary attitude would push religion out of every sphere of life except the four wall of a church,” they said in their brief. “If for-profit corporations have no First Amendment ‘purpose,’ newspapers and other media would have no rights.”
If they refuse to sell their businesses, families like the Newlands are trapped by the Sebelius regulation. They can stop providing health insurance to themselves and their employees through the business, but then they and their employees would still be required, under Obamacare's individual mandate, to buy health insurance, and under the Sebelius regulation all the health insurance plans they would be able to buy would still be required to cover sterilizations, contraception and abortion-inducing drugs. Their premiums would then contribute to those "services," and the business owners would still be required to pay a penalty to the government of about $2,000 per year for each employee they did not insure.
If businesses like the Newlands' try to simply flout the Sebelius regulation and continue providing insurance to their workers that does not cover the sterilization-contraception-abortifacient benefits that the Obama administration demands, they will be hit with confiscatory financial penalties.
“PPACA also imposes monetary penalties if Hercules were to continue to offer its self-insured plan but continued omitting abortifacients, contraceptive and sterilizations,” said the Newlands' complaint. “The exact magnitude of these penalties may vary according to the complicated provisions of PPACA, but the fine is approximately $100 per day per employee, with minimum amounts applying in different circumstances.
With 265 employees, a business like the Newlands' would need to pay the government $26,500 per day if they decided not to comply with Sebelius’s regulation and insured their employees anyway. Over 365 days that would amount to $9,672,500.

Carrying firearms on their hips and dressed in gangster-style street clothes, Satanic T-shirt imagery and tattoos, they claimed to be making an "arrest" and verbally assaulted James, forcing his head against a car and screaming, according to witnesses, "You better listen to me or you're gonna have a bad f*ckin' day!"
James Stewart's cell phone was on the entire time, and a phone witness told NaturalNews the arrest was conducted "Nazi style." Meanwhile, James was screaming to anyone who would listen, "HELP ME! HELP ME! WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME?"

James was wanted on $130,000 in bail by Ventura County, which had originally put him on $1 million bail -- an amount usually reserved for murderers, rapists or serial killers. James, accused of selling "unpasteurized milk" through Rawesome Foods, was made the target of an FDA-funded and politically motivated attempt to destroy the raw milk industry in California. He has been charged with financial crimes by Ventura County even though there is literally no legitimate evidence whatsoever linking James to any such crimes, and the entire case is already in the process of being unraveled.

Government, Military To Fly Predator Drones Over North Dakota
Local pilots protest use of blinding lasers in their airspace.

In conjunction with The Federal Aviation Administration, the Air National Guard plans to fly unmanned Predator aircraft over North Dakota and have them aim lasers at ground targets in the latest development in the ongoing mass expansion of the use of drones in US skies.
North Dakota news website INFORUM reports that the Air National Guard’s 119th Wing, based at Fargo’s Hector International Airport, will begin operating the drones by early October.
According to the report, the FAA has officially established eight blocks of restricted airspace over National Guard base Camp Grafton South near New Rockford. The airspace will be from 500 to 9,999 feet above sea level and commercial aircraft will be prohibited from using it.
The training will focus around target practice for laser-guided bombs and missiles. Targets will be located on small buildings or on the ground.
“People may hear airplanes flying above, but there will be no lights visible and no explosions,” Col. Rick Gibney commented.
“The laser itself is not used much during the flight,” he said, “less than a minute per simulated engagement.”
Gibney added that North Dakota was chosen owing to its sparsely-populated skies and that the area could become the nation’s centre for all military drone training activity.
However, local pilots with the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association have objected to the move, noting that the use of lasers in their flight paths could be hazardous.
The Department of Defense has been less than forthcoming with information on its use of drones over the US.
Indeed, the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), part of the DoD, recently denied operating surveillance drones in two different states, issuing statements that have since been proven to be completely false.
Headquartered at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, USSOCOM is the Unified Combatant Command charged with overseeing the various Special Operations Commands of the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps.
As reported by the open information advocacy group Public Intelligence:
Following our publication of a map of current and proposed Department of Defense drone activities within the U.S., several journalists with local publications around the country wrote articles regarding drone activities that were listed in their area. David Brooks of the Nashua Telegraph wrote about the listing of New Hampshire’s Mt. Washington as the site of a USSOCOM drone activity involving small unmanned aerial vehicles including the Raven and Wasp. Corey Pein of the Willamette Week wrote about a planned USSOCOM drone activity in Portland that was listed as utilizing the same types of drones.
Public Intelligence notes that when the reporters contacted USSOCOM for clarification and further details, they were told that the information on the map was inaccurate and that USSOCOM does not operate drone bases in either area.
However, further investigation revealed that activities and exercises using surveillance drones in both areas were indeed carried out under the authority of USSOCOM in 2010 and 2009 respectively.
Furthermore, the use and storage of drones was confirmed by the offices of Senators in both states:
In New Hampshire, a local newspaper has now confirmed with the office of Senator Kelly Ayotte that in 2010, Navy Special Operations Forces utilized areas around Mt. Washington to conduct training operations using Wasp and Raven drones. David Brooks of the Nashua Telegraph was further able to confirm via Army Lt. Col. James Gregorythat similar exercises were also conducted in 2009 using the same types of drones.
In Oregon, the Willamette Week was able to confirm with the office of Sen. Ron Wydenthat drones are currently stored in Portland for several military units in the area.
“If the military wishes to counter controversy from the increasing integration of drones into domestic airspace, then it may help to not make statements to press that are inaccurate or disproved by publicly available congressional reports.” the group notes, adding that USSOCOM “denied or misrepresented” its involvement in domestic drone activities and actively sought to shut down any exchange of information on the matter.
A recently uncovered Air Force document also raised alarms over military use of spy drones in US skies. The document outlines how to circumvents privacy laws and clears the way for the Pentagon to use drones to monitor the activities of Americans.

Indeed, the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), part of the DoD, recently denied operating surveillance drones in two different states, issuing statements that have since been proven to be completely false.
Headquartered at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, USSOCOM is the Unified Combatant Command charged with overseeing the various Special Operations Commands of the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps.
As reported by the open information advocacy group Public Intelligence:
Following our publication of a map of current and proposed Department of Defense drone activities within the U.S., several journalists with local publications around the country wrote articles regarding drone activities that were listed in their area. David Brooks of the Nashua Telegraph wrote about the listing of New Hampshire’s Mt. Washington as the site of a USSOCOM drone activity involving small unmanned aerial vehicles including the Raven and Wasp. Corey Pein of the Willamette Week wrote about a planned USSOCOM drone activity in Portland that was listed as utilizing the same types of drones.
Public Intelligence notes that when the reporters contacted USSOCOM for clarification and further details, they were told that the information on the map was inaccurate and that USSOCOM does not operate drone bases in either area.
However, further investigation revealed that activities and exercises using surveillance drones in both areas were indeed carried out under the authority of USSOCOM in 2010 and 2009 respectively.
Furthermore, the use and storage of drones was confirmed by the offices of Senators in both states:
In New Hampshire, a local newspaper has now confirmed with the office of Senator Kelly Ayotte that in 2010, Navy Special Operations Forces utilized areas around Mt. Washington to conduct training operations using Wasp and Raven drones. David Brooks of the Nashua Telegraph was further able to confirm via Army Lt. Col. James Gregorythat similar exercises were also conducted in 2009 using the same types of drones.
In Oregon, the Willamette Week was able to confirm with the office of Sen. Ron Wydenthat drones are currently stored in Portland for several military units in the area.
“If the military wishes to counter controversy from the increasing integration of drones into domestic airspace, then it may help to not make statements to press that are inaccurate or disproved by publicly available congressional reports.” the group notes, adding that USSOCOM “denied or misrepresented” its involvement in domestic drone activities and actively sought to shut down any exchange of information on the matter.
A recently uncovered Air Force document also raised alarms over military use of spy drones in US skies. The document outlines how to circumvents privacy laws and clears the way for the Pentagon to use drones to monitor the activities of Americans.

If you are an American, your freedom of speech is under attack. Over the past week, remarks made by Chick-fil-A president Dan Cathy defending traditional marriage have sparked controversy all over the nation.
Many Americans have expressed support for his remarks and many have expressed disdain for his remarks. And all of that is fine, because in the United States people are supposed to be able to express their opinions. But in Chicago, Boston and other U.S. cities, politicians are actually promising to keep any more Chick-fil-A stores from opening because their CEO does not support gay marriage, and that crosses the line. When politicians threaten to ban a business from their cities just because the CEO does not hold the “politically correct” position on a social issue that is an attack on the freedom of speech of every American. You see, the truth is that the enforcers of political correctness in America are very “tolerant” except when somebody disagrees with them. The politically correct control freaks that are trying to ban Chick-fil-A from their cities would try to ban Chick-fil-A from opening any more restaurants in the entire country if they had the power to do so. The goal of these politically correct control freaks is to intimidate. They want to end debate on these social issues by shutting down the free speech of the opposition. In the end, if America continues to go down this path it will end up looking just like many of the other totalitarian regimes throughout history where free speech has been banned.
Once again, in America everyone has the right to say whatever they want to about Chick-fil-A.
However, when politicians try to ban a company from doing business in their areas because one of the company executives does not hold the “correct” political view about an issue that is a major problem.
This week, Chicago alderman Joe Moreno wrote a piece for the Chicago Tribune in which he explained why he is going to refuse to allow Chick-fil-A to open a new restaurant in his ward….
There are consequences for one’s actions, statements and beliefs. Because of this man’s ignorance, I will deny Chick-fil-A a permit to open a restaurant in my ward.
Apparently he has the power to single-handedly block the new restaurant that Chick-fil-A was hoping to open up….
Home Depot in the 2500 block of North Elston Avenue wants to sell a piece of its land so that a Chick-fil-A restaurant can open in the 1st Ward, where I am alderman. It would be the fast-food chain’s first “stand-alone” Chicago restaurant. But to subdivide the land, the companies need my approval.
Because the CEO of Chick-fil-A will not conform to Joe Moreno’s social values, Chick-fil-A is now essentially banned from that entire section of Chicago.
Not that Chick-fil-A will be able to open up new stores in other areas of Chicago either.
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel is promising to do what he can to keep Chick-fil-A from expanding any further in Chicago….
“Chick-fil-A’s values are not Chicago values. They’re not respectful of our residents, our neighbors and our family members. And if you’re gonna be part of the Chicago community, you should reflect Chicago values”
Apparently anyone that does not believe in gay marriage does not “reflect Chicago values”.
But this is just the beginning. One group is trying to have Chick-fil-A kicked off of college campuses all over America. The following is from a recent CBS News article….
The gay rights group Equality Illinois is launching a campaign against Chick-Fil-A – petitioning universities and lawmakers to evict the fast food restaurant from their campuses and planning a “kiss-in” campaign by gay and lesbian couples outside Chick-Fil-A restaurants.
The message is clearly one of intimidation.
Either conform or suffer the consequences.
Sadly, politicians all over America are reacting just like politicians in Chicago have done.
The Mayor of Boston, Thomas Menino, has pledged to do all that he can to keep Chick-Fil-A out of the entire city of Boston. The following is what he told the Boston Herald on Thursday….
“Chick-fil-A doesn’t belong in Boston. You can’t have a business in the city of Boston that discriminates against a population. We’re an open city, we’re a city that’s at the forefront of inclusion”
But Chick-fil-A does not discriminate.
They serve anyone that wants a chicken burger and they are open to hiring anyone.
It is just that the CEO of the company does not think gay marriage is a good idea (along with half of the rest of America) and this absolutely infuriates the politically correct crowd.
On Thursday Mayor Menino also added the following….
“That’s the Freedom Trail. That’s where it all started right here. And we’re not going to have a company, Chick-fil-A or whatever the hell the name is, on our Freedom Trail.”
In addition, he penned a furious letter to Chick-fil-A headquarters that you can read right here.
The town of Mountain View, California has also blocked a new Chick-fil-A restaurant from opening up.
In the months to come we will probably see much more of this.
And Chick-fil-A is probably going to get booted off of a whole bunch of college campuses.
In February, Northeastern University refused to allow a Chick-fil-A store to open on their campus, and student groups around the country are already mobilizing to oppose Chick-fil-A on more campuses.
This is the kind of religious fervor the politically correct crowd has. You are either with them or you are dog manure.
For example, Roseanne Barr wished cancer on those that eat at Chick-Fil-A on Twitter the other day.
So what were these supposedly “bigoted” comments that started this uproar in the first place?
The following is what Chick-fil-A president Dan Cathy recent said during an interview with the Baptist Press….
“We are very much supportive of the family — the biblical definition of the family unit. We are a family-owned business, a family-led business, and we are married to our first wives. We give God thanks for that. We operate as a family business … our restaurants are typically led by families; some are single. We want to do anything we possibly can to strengthen families. We are very much committed to that”
Wow, that is some pretty controversial stuff, eh?
Certainly this could not be enough to spark a nationwide protest.
Perhaps it is what he said recently on “The Ken Coleman Show”….
“I think we are inviting God’s judgment on our nation when we shake our fist at Him and say, ‘We know better than you as to what constitutes a marriage.’ I pray God’s mercy on our generation that has such a prideful, arrogant attitude to think that we have the audacity to define what marriage is about.”
Is that statement really worth going crazy over?
To the politically correct crowd it is.
They simply cannot tolerate a major public figure such as the CEO of Chick-fil-A saying that gay marriage is wrong. Plus they are always looking for more ways to chill the free speech of others that would speak out against gay marriage. The following is what John Hayward of Human Events said about all of this recently….
“The name of the game being played against Chick-fil-A involved ending the discussion, by ruling one side of this important social debate completely out of order, and dismissing their beliefs as unworthy of respect. All resistance to gay marriage is instantly transmuted into personal hatred of gay people. On the other hand, criticism of traditional marriage proponents cannot be viewed as hateful, no matter how angrily it might be expressed. It’s a rigged heads-we-win, tails-you-lose game.”
The politically correct crowd does not want a debate about gay marriage.
What they want to do is to completely intimidate the other side and shut down the debate completely so that they can win by default.
Wednesday, August 1st, has been designated as “Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day”. I encourage all of you to go out and buy a chicken burger that day to show your support of free speech.
If we don’t stand up for free speech now, soon it will be totally gone.
Already, the name of Jesus is becoming a forbidden word all over America. Just consider the following examples….
-All over the United States chaplains are being banned from praying in the name of Jesus.
-You can say just about anything you want in U.S. public schools these days except for anything having to do with Jesus. In fact, if you are a public school student and you try to talk about Jesus with your fellow classmates there is a good chance that you will be suspended from school.
-In many areas of America today, if you want to go out on a public sidewalk and discuss your faith with others there is a good chance that you will be arrested.
-If you are anti-abortion, if you have “radical theology” or if you are against “the New World Order”, there is a chance that you will be labeled as a “potential terrorist” by the Department of Homeland Security.
In the end, we will end up just like North Korea if we are not very careful.
In North Korea, if you say something that is not “politically correct” you and your entire extended family could literally be on the next train to a concentration camp.
Today it is estimated that 70,000 Christians are being held captive in concentration camps in North Korea. Many of those believers are likely to spend the rest of their lives toiling in conditions that are absolutely nightmarish simply because they believe the “wrong thing”.
If you don’t think that such a thing could ever happen in America, you are dead wrong.
We are moving a little bit more in that direction every single day, and this latest attack on Chick-fil-A is another example of this trend.
When you attack the freedom of speech of one group of Americans, you attack the freedom of speech of every American.
Once our freedom of speech is gone, it will be incredibly difficult to ever get back.
Stand up for freedom of speech while you still can.

China Owns USA

Who Owns the USA?

When I was young girl living on my grandparent’s farm, I remember my grandfather saying, more than once, “one day China would own us”. Of course given my young age, I really didn’t pay much attention since my only concern was getting my chores done so I could go ride my horse or play with my friends. Looking at what is currently happening in this country, I think Grandpa knew exactly what he was talking about.
Earlier this week I started a thread entitled “Vacation, Drought and Judgment”. In that post I mentioned a conversation I had with a couple of Kansas farmers that included one shocking revelation that China is buying up farming land in the mid-west, then leasing it back to farmers with the stipulation that all grains produced will be exported to China. I don’t know about the rest of you, but this really concerned me, for more than one reason.
First of all, due to two years of severe drought, the possibility of a “real” food shortage is more likely than not. Secondly, what crops are surviving stands a better than average chance of being exported to benefit the Chinese than the American people.
This past Monday morning, I called my boss in Oklahoma City and shared with him what I shared with the PZ Forum. This news didn’t seem to be as shocking to him as I had expected. He told me to hold one while he shut his door, then proceeded to tell me that his brother-in-law in Iowa, who is also a farmer, was telling him that China had been buying farming land up north for quite some time.
On Tuesday evening, my husband and I attended a meeting of the Republican Party in our county. There were several political candidates there to campaign so I took the opportunity to ask a couple of the Congressional candidates about this story. Again, I did not get the shock and awe that I expected. They were all well aware that this is happening, yet seemed to skirt the issue by saying it was the individual property owner’s right to do with his property as he/she deemed fit.
I asked my husband, who has been in law enforcement for over 30 years, “if a crime is committed on land belonging to China here in the US, what laws would apply?” Would someone be able to get away with murder if that murder was committed on property located in Kansas belonging to China? No one knows… but he’s going to do some research to find the answer.
In the past couple of days, I’ve done quite a bit of research, phone calling, and investigating into this matter. Before I continue, let me state that I have NOT obtained valid confirmation on what I’m about to write. I’m merely reporting what I have found out through conversations with political candidates and actual land owners who have confirmed sale of property to China. I’ll venture to say that this will come as a shock to at least 85% of the entire country. Back in 2009 Barack Insane Obama, along with Hellary Clinton, granted China EMINANT DOMAIN here in America.
This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.
Put simply, the man who occupies the Oval Office has now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.
THIS IS HIGHEST POSSIBLE TREASON that could happen in this country.

Current Russian Events In Colorado / Eyewitness Accounts?

There have been numerous events around Colorado in the current weeks. Recently, here in my area. A good friend was at a shooting range on 7-21-12. He was there only a short time, and called me. He said there were 3 very "buffed" men at one end of the range, and that they were speaking both perfect English and Russian at the same time! (As I understand it, from talking to a gentleman who knows, you would have to start a child at 5 yrs. old to accomplish that.) My friend spent quite a bit of time with them. Asked them what they were doing in the States. Said they were"mechanical engineers" . My friend, former military and and an armorer, said he had never seen pistol shooting like that. 2 and 3 inch groups at 25 yards, rapid fire. He said, "You guys shoot pretty darn good for "mechanical engineers"! The younger of the 3 asked my friend if he would like to shoot his rifle. He said, "Sure"! After picking up the piece, he said he noticed it had a Red Star on the scope! He told the 'ENGINEER", "Hey! This is Russian military!" The Man said," Really?" He also told me the ammo was not sold in the States. It WAS Russian military issue. He said the reticle was as good as he had ever seen. He then said, "You guys sure you aren't Russian military!" At this point they got somewhat upset. He asked where they had been, The told him they been up in Canada, the younger of the 2, that is. They shot a little more, then left. Headed for the range office to check out.
Upon arrival at the range office, told the young lady in the office, "That was kinda weird, shooting with Russian guys with military gear. She said, "Oh, there's lots of them!" My friend being stunned, said "What!' She said, "Oh Yeah, there's alot of them that shoot here!"
Having said that, it appears we have a "Spetnatz Nest" in No. Colo. Very rural and isolated at this range. Not much out there.
Upon making some contact calls, appears I might have a possible place for where they are placed. Will do a little "road trip" soon.
Also, a longtime friend has been doing some "vacation time" in SW Colo.
Spotted Russian troops, In Uniform down in Creed Co. 12 with European style motorbikes. Spotted a local Deputy, walked over to him. Said, "What are these "Foreign troops doin' here?!". The Deputy just rolled his eyes and walked off! My friend walked over to them and said, "Things are a little different here than in Mother Russia" They looked at him and just walked away.
A couple of days later, he was down by Wolf Creek, going to see the falls there. This was along Highway 149 going to Pagosa Springs. There about 3 mins., a Russian helo flew over their heads at treetop level, moving fast.
We have seen 4 different Russian helos here in No. Colo.
Also, during the "Exercise" at Ft. Carson, a friend of 20 yrs. who is a documentary maker called live from the base. Said, "Guess what I'm Looking at" I said, "What?".
He said, "Black C-130's with Red stars on the tails, doin' touch and go's"

Marine Corps Law Enforcement Battalions To “Control Civil Disturbances”

Units of hundreds of military police officers trained to investigate crimes have been created by the marine corps and will “assist local authorities” in securing crime scenes and building cases, reports the Associated Press.
The report notes that “The battalions will be capable of helping control civil disturbances, handling detainees, carrying out forensic work, and using biometrics to identify suspects.”
While the units, each comprising 500 military police officers and dozens of dogs, will “deploy worldwide”, recent forays by the military into domestic policing in the United States may have some Americans wondering if the newly created “law enforcement battalions” will be used at home.
Maj. Jan Durham, commander of the 1st Law Enforcement Battalion at Camp Pendleton told the AP that marines deployed in Afghanistan and Iraq have increasingly acted as police, in addition to their combat duties. Durham noted that the policing role will now be cemented as a permanent feature of the US marine corps.
The 1st, 2nd and 3rd Law Enforcement Battalions were activated last month and will be based out of Camp Pendleton, Calif.; Camp Lejeune, N.C.; and Camp Hansen in Okinawa, Japan; respectively.
According to the report, the law enforcement battalions will convene at a Southern Command conference in Miami next month and showcase their services to government officials from Central American countries, such as Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Belize.
Former Marine Corps prosecutor Gary Solis noted that “complications” may arise from a gray area between police officer and soldier.
“Cops apply human rights law and Marines apply the law of war,” Solis said. “Now that it’s blended, it makes it tougher for the young men and women who have to make the decision as to when deadly force is not appropriate.” he added.

Despite the constitutional protections outlined in the Posse Comitatus Act and the Insurrection Act, there has been and is an ongoing push to blur the divisions between military and domestic law enforcement officials in the United States.
National Guard troops are routinely involved in ‘urban warfare training’ drills. Usually such drills take place within the confines of military bases, however, more recently heavily armed troops are increasingly seen patrolling residential neighborhoods, performing unannounced door to door “wellness checks”, and even taking over the downtown areas of major US cities.
Such “invasions” are often reported on as nothing to worry about and even as “cool”.
Indeed, back in 2008 the Washington Post reported how 20,000 U.S. troops returning from Iraq would be stationed inside America under Northcom for purposes of “domestic security” from September 2011 onwards.
Northcom officials were forced to subsequently issue a denial after the Army Times initially reported that the troops would be used to deal “with civil unrest and crowd control.”
As Alex Jones exposed back in the late 1990’s, U.S. troops have been training to impose martial law for a considerable amount of time. During numerous urban warfare drills that Jones attended and reported on, troops were trained to raid, arrest and imprison U.S. citizens in detention camps as well as taking over public buildings and running checkpoints. During role playing exercises, actors playing prisoners would scream “I’m an American citizen, I have rights” as they were being dragged away by troops.
The fact that such drills are now set to involve Russian soldiers training on U.S. soil to hunt “terrorists” has also caused consternation.
Federal authorities in the United States have clearly been preparing for domestic civil unrest for a number of years. The Department of Homeland Security recently purchased a staggering 450 million rounds of hollow point bullets as well as bullet-proof checkpoint booths that include ‘stop and go’ lights.
In addition, worrying legislation such as the National Defense Authorization Act, has paved the way for the incarceration of American citizens under military laws, and numerous leaked and semi-secret documents position the army as partners to domestic federal agencies in quelling unrest in America and even engaging in missions involving the ”resettlement” of US citizens.
Think tanks and other elite groups routinely raise the spectre of using the army to plan and carry out domestic law enforcement missions in the US.

J.C. Penney Stock Crashes Following Promotion of Homosexuality, Rated ‘Junk’ Stock
J.C. Penney is experiencing substantial losses following the company’s continued promotion of the homosexual lifestyle.
The American Family Association reports that J.C. Penney has lost 50% of its stock value since February when it named Ellen DeGeneres as its spokesperson. The organization outlines that in February, stock prices stood at $41.32, but in May, when the popular retailer publicized an ad of a lesbian couple in its Mother’s Day catalog, stock fell to $35.67. Last month, when Penney’s ran an ad featuring two homosexuals in their Father’s Day catalog, stock continued to plummet to $25.83. Its current value stands at just $20.02 a share.
Additionally, the financial services group Standard and Poor, which rates companies in order to help stockholders decide which investments are most profitable, recently lowered J.C. Penney to “junk” status.
In May, The Columbus Dispatch reported that the company was “wiping away $1.43 billion in marketing value a day.”
As a result of its continued losses, the retailer has been forced to cut 350 jobs at its home office and has fired its marketing executive as being partly to blame for its downfall.
However, according to statements made in The Columbia Dispatch, it does not seem that J.C. Penney is attributing its decreasing support to its promotion of the homosexual lifestyle.
“It is not doing the hard work we need it to do right now,” chief executive Ron Johnson said of the company’s advertising practices.
“I don’t see people in the stores,” stated Gilford Securities analyst Bernard Sosnick.
J.C. Penney, which is headquartered in Plano, Texas, was founded by James Cash Penney, a Christian who desired to found his company on Christian values.
“The assumption was that business is secular, and service is religious. I have never been able to accept that line of arbitrary demarcation,” he stated in 1908 in an ad for what once was called The Golden Rule Store. “Is not service part and parcel of business? It seems to me so; business is therefore as much religious as it is secular. If we follow the admonition to love God, and our neighbors as ourselves, it will lead us to understand that, first of all, success is a matter of the spirit.”

Christian Student Ordered to Undergo Homosexual Sensitivity Training Loses Suit
A federal judge in Georgia has dismissed the lawsuit of a college student who contested her university’s demand that she attend a remediation program in support of the homosexual lifestyle.
Jennifer Keeton says that she was was enrolled in Augusta State University’s Counselor Education Program in 2010, when she was reprimanded by officials for reportedly making statements against homosexuality both in and out of the classroom. She was then told that unless she underwent a remediation plan, which entailed sensitivity training activities such as attending diversity workshops, attending homosexual pride events, writing papers about tolerance and counseling homosexual students, she could not continue in her studies.
She states that at first, she agreed to work things out with the university, but later decided that she could not go through with the requirement.
“I really want to stay in the program,” Keeton wrote to faculty in an email, “But I don’t want to have to attend all the events about what I think is not moral behavior, and then write reflections on them that don’t meet your standards because I haven’t changed my views or beliefs… My biblical views won’t change.”
That same year, the Alliance Defense Fund (ADF) filed a lawsuit on Keeton’s behalf.
Late last month, U.S. District Judge Randal Hall dismissed the suit, stating:
“Keeton’s conflation of personal and professional values, or at least her difficulty in discerning the difference, appears to have been rooted in her opinion that the immorality of homosexual relations is a matter of objective and absolute moral truth. … One conspicuous and abiding theme of the American story is that individuals like Jennifer Keeton are free to choose their own spiritual path, and need brook no government trespass thereon. The Constitution guarantees that the heart may pulse to meters of its own design, deaf to public cadence. But when affairs of the conscience ripen into action – either speech or conduct –- government is granted leave to regulate in behalf of certain public interests, including education and professional fitness.”
“A public university student shouldn’t be threatened with expulsion for being a Christian and refusing to publicly renounce her faith, but that’s exactly what’s happening here. Simply put, the university is imposing thought reform,” said ADF Senior Counsel David French after the lawsuit was filed. “Abandoning one’s own religious beliefs should not be a precondition at a public university for obtaining a degree. This type of leftist zero-tolerance policy is in place at far too many universities, and it must stop. Jennifer’s only crime was to have the beliefs that she does.”

Theater Intelligence and Assessment, Heaven Is About To Render Judgement!

Within the past few days, I have received information from a retired general who is in a network of "old school" senior officers evaluating the known intelligence concerning a two front combat theater of operations. To keep as much information available to an involved cadre of military and law enforcement agents/agencies, this unofficial, undirected, yet highly qualified working group, have arrived at the conclusion point as I will describe it here.
The overall engagement strategy here is to entice the American military into pledging huge naval assets in the gulf region. The Straits of Hormuz is the "choke point" for all things challenging to Iran. It is here that the Iranian Navy and Air Force will have their greatest chance to inflict REAL damage on our (perversion embracing) armed forces. This is a real point of smack down for the Muslims to bring utter destruction on the American military, the American armed forces, and the American people (infidel society). The Russians and Chinese do NOT have the immediate design or permission from the luciferians to openly face the Americans, however; they will be in the command and control loop that manages the combat theater, once operations begin. This entire scheme is part of a feint to also run interference at Diego Garcia, the staging area for material' and air support. Russian, Chinese and North Korean subs are stationed there with surface ship support. It is clear that events are moving toward an engagement of historic proportions and cataclysmic repercussions on a Biblical scale. The Pentagon is operating on bluster and ineptitude on a staggering scale. Homosexuality has reached the highest levels of the Pentagon as well. The former officers who have seen this coming have disowned many of their complicit former colleagues, while watching in dismay as they move ahead with stupefyingly poor planning surrounding the commitment of at least two and possibly three Naval Carrier Task Force groups now in great harms way. (Steve, I add with emphasis the FEAR of these former officers who despise the surrender to politically correct forces in the White House and ladder climbers in the Pentagon who have set up our military for an incredibly disastrous defeat because they recognize God will not allow a "victory" by sodomite Generals on the field of battle. Their view and mine).
The "second" front is America itself. Combat troops from Russia and 14 nations, air assets, armor and artillery, fighter suppression through anti-aircraft batteries on movable platforms that can respond to changing air response grids as well as logistics, hardened communications and transportation hubs, compliment a training contingent that has masqueraded as "friendly forces." The use of some type of advanced accelerant in the massive western fires defies understanding or previous experience by firefighters in that region. "Almost nuclear" in its ability to spread fire and not be quenched by normal fire suppression methods suggests, but cannot yet be confirmed by scientific testing in labs, that intentional human complicity in the fires is virtually certain. Specific battle plans in war call for the destruction of natural and man made infrastructure by fire, specifically calling for great monetary, human and technological assets to be used fighting the fires as both a distraction and a planned reduction of the area involved to produce or exist on a "normal" basis.
The potential for "weather wars" or space based atmospheric intervention resulting in a one-two-three punch for the continental U.S. destroying crops, livestock and soil viability, while demoralizing and stressing the electorate remains to "seal the deal" for the take over strategy of America underway since 2001.
Add to all of this the ongoing destruction of the US currency, the pending imposition of the UN Arms Treaty, the 50% per year for five years additional/compounded levels of door to door urban warfare training by US police and military, the published records of firearms suppression training by all levels of police agencies in America, the acquisition of tactical equipment and automatic weapons issuance to street police is unprecedented and overwhelming in its scope and reach. The implication is that these forces are anticipating widespread resistance and engagement with the American citizenry at a point to be determined after the "trip wire" events occur that will "justify" the intervention of such heavily equipped domestic police and military guard units and foreign troops. I believe that these brave and dedicated retired experts are doing what they can. They caution that our current Republic is dead. The American people have bought into the lies of the government, the courts, the banks, and the president. They want comforts, government checks, and "hope for more change." Well, let me assure you, the class of "stupid unto death" crowd will get their heart's desire soon enough.
No other conclusion can be drawn. The main event is mere weeks away. Civilian networks are being established to counteract some of this, but one can clearly see that a hugely unprepared, untrained, rudderless society will absorb incredible casualties before even a modest response can be mustered. I have never been more certain that this great "final" plan for the utter destruction of the American nation is poised for implementation as the world's elite serving the Prince of Darkness begins its countdown. God help us to reach more and more for their sake through His mercy.
Steve, these are my descriptions as accurately as I could reproduce them. I apologize that they are a bit "general." but I was receiving it fast in real time and trying to "decode it" figuratively to reproduce it in a way that made some kind of sense to the reader or listener. This is the latest. It may flex a bit before the balloon flies, but we must try to reach people for their soul's sake and for those still trying to plan how to live through this.
We have not taken into account the issues in space, the instability of the sun, and the plotting of "satellite' debris orbiting and potentially targeting earth in front of Nibiru's fly by. Now is the time to complete preparations and system's procurement for home use during this time of utter devastation, but mostly it is a spiritual time of great clarity as events not seen since "the days of Noah" envelope us all.

It is clear that events are moving toward an engagement of historic proportions and cataclysmic repercussions on a Biblical scale. The Pentagon is operating on bluster and ineptitude on a staggering scale. Homosexuality has reached the highest levels of the Pentagon as well. The former officers who have seen this coming have disowned many of their complicit former colleagues, while watching in dismay as they move ahead with stupefyingly poor planning surrounding the commitment of at least two and possibly three Naval Carrier Task Force groups now in great harms way. (Steve, I add with emphasis the FEAR of these former officers who despise the surrender to politically correct forces in the White House and ladder climbers in the Pentagon who have set up our military for an incredibly disastrous defeat because they recognize God will not allow a "victory" by sodomite Generals on the field of battle. Their view and mine).
The "second" front is America itself. Combat troops from Russia and 14 nations, air assets, armor and artillery, fighter suppression through anti-aircraft batteries on movable platforms that can respond to changing air response grids as well as logistics, hardened communications and transportation hubs, compliment a training contingent that has masqueraded as "friendly forces." The use of some type of advanced accelerant in the massive western fires defies understanding or previous experience by firefighters in that region. "Almost nuclear" in its ability to spread fire and not be quenched by normal fire suppression methods suggests, but cannot yet be confirmed by scientific testing in labs, that intentional human complicity in the fires is virtually certain. Specific battle plans in war call for the destruction of natural and man made infrastructure by fire, specifically calling for great monetary, human and technological assets to be used fighting the fires as both a distraction and a planned reduction of the area involved to produce or exist on a "normal" basis.
The potential for "weather wars" or space based atmospheric intervention resulting in a one-two-three punch for the continental U.S. destroying crops, livestock and soil viability, while demoralizing and stressing the electorate remains to "seal the deal" for the take over strategy of America underway since 2001.
Add to all of this the ongoing destruction of the US currency, the pending imposition of the UN Arms Treaty, the 50% per year for five years additional/compounded levels of door to door urban warfare training by US police and military, the published records of firearms suppression training by all levels of police agencies in America, the acquisition of tactical equipment and automatic weapons issuance to street police is unprecedented and overwhelming in its scope and reach. The implication is that these forces are anticipating widespread resistance and engagement with the American citizenry at a point to be determined after the "trip wire" events occur that will "justify" the intervention of such heavily equipped domestic police and military guard units and foreign troops. I believe that these brave and dedicated retired experts are doing what they can. They caution that our current Republic is dead. The American people have bought into the lies of the government, the courts, the banks, and the president. They want comforts, government checks, and "hope for more change." Well, let me assure you, the class of "stupid unto death" crowd will get their heart's desire soon enough.
No other conclusion can be drawn. The main event is mere weeks away. Civilian networks are being established to counteract some of this, but one can clearly see that a hugely unprepared, untrained, rudderless society will absorb incredible casualties before even a modest response can be mustered. I have never been more certain that this great "final" plan for the utter destruction of the American nation is poised for implementation as the world's elite serving the Prince of Darkness begins its countdown. God help us to reach more and more for their sake through His mercy.
Steve, these are my descriptions as accurately as I could reproduce them. I apologize that they are a bit "general." but I was receiving it fast in real time and trying to "decode it" figuratively to reproduce it in a way that made some kind of sense to the reader or listener. This is the latest. It may flex a bit before the balloon flies, but we must try to reach people for their soul's sake and for those still trying to plan how to live through this.
We have not taken into account the issues in space, the instability of the sun, and the plotting of "satellite' debris orbiting and potentially targeting earth in front of Nibiru's fly by. Now is the time to complete preparations and system's procurement for home use during this time of utter devastation, but mostly it is a spiritual time of great clarity as events not seen since "the days of Noah" envelope us all.

DHS Insider: Soetoro’s 2012 election contingency

20 July 2012: It was a conversation with my source inside the DHS that I did not want to have, but was not totally unexpected. “I’m not sure how long I can continue to provide you with information.” he stated. I was unable to tell if he made his statement with relief or sadness, or perhaps a mixture of both. ”I could be wrong, but I don’t think there’s much time left, if I am interpreting certain information and actions correctly.”
Obviously intrigued, I asked what information and actions he was talking about, and whether he was in any trouble from the information he’s passed to me and I’ve published. “No, it’s not that. I wish that’s what it was, I could deal with that. It’s worse. Things might be… it might not matter in a few more months.” This was one of the only times I’ve ever sensed a level of defeat in his voice and demeanor.Who’s in the White House?
My source looked at me and posed a question I did not expect: Do you know who is in the White House?” I was uncertain if he meant who was present there now, or if he was talking in a more general sense knowing that he has followed my research on Barry Soetoro (a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama II), so I asked him for clarification. I thought it was a fair request. With that, he became visibly agitated and had a look in his eyes I’ve never seen before. “You can’t answer that [expletive deleted] question. Trust me, few can, and those who can won’t, because they’re either part of the ‘royal round table’ or they’re gutless [expletive deleted].”
Based on his agitated state, I was careful with what I said next. I told him that we’ve covered this matter very comprehensively, adding that Obama’s dog’s papers are more valid than Obama. I told him that he was correct in that we both know that we do not know Obama’s legal name or his actual parental lineage I began to verbally list the various inconsistencies with his identify, at which point he stopped me with a raise of his hand.
“Enough,” he stated and apologized for his previous outburst. “We both know the guy is a an imposter, a ‘Manchurian Candidate,’ and he’s there to do a job, implement a very specific agenda. And he’s not planning to leave until that job is done, the agenda completed,” stated my source. “It’s no accident, his lack of history, lack of bona fides. It’s all about his lack of allegiance to our country and the Constitution that ’43′ called just a ‘G-d damned piece of paper. And Bush was an American President, at least on paper. Where does Obama call home?” Where does his allegiance lie? That’s what the eligibility brouhaha is all about and why it’s so important, but hardly ‘anybody gets it.’ When he said he was a citizen of the world, those were not just words, but an admission of sorts. And fundamental change and transformation, that’s what it’s all about.”
What’s the agenda?
Our conversation turned to the agenda of the person in the White House. Short on time, my source stated that the current resident of the White House has been tasked to implement a “robust agenda of change” using the agencies and government infrastructure previously created for him.
“He’s been instructed to fully remove ‘God, guns and guts’ from America and Americans, to neuter our military, bankrupt our country, and force everyone into dependency through a well-planned economic disaster that was crafted long before he stepped foot into the Oval Office. The financial crash of September 2008 was one such well planned economic terrorist attack. It had the blessing of many bankers and politicians in the U.S. and now I’m finding, some overseas. It was an important part of the framework given to Obama to ‘grease the wheels’ for a complete financial collapse. And I’m sad to say that a lot of people I once thought were on our side played an important role in setting us up – all of us.”
“The objective, or the agenda, is much bigger than I think anyone can comprehend,” stated my source. “It’s global in nature, and it involves other governments, communist governments,” he added. It’s evil in its simplicity. It’s to destroy our country from within and take away our ability to fight what’s coming. It’s to change our way of life, and he’s got the people in place to do it, at least for the most part. And forget about the Republicans versus the Democrats, because nearly all of them are all playing for the same team. Both sides have helped to get us to this point. They’ve allowed Communists to enter every government institution inside the beltway, and just about everyone let it happen, helped it happen or watched it happen.”
“But O- I cannot even bring myself to call him by name anymore, and as we talked before, we’re not even sure what his real name is, made some serious mistakes, or became lazy and began enjoying his lifestyle a little too much. Not sure which, maybe both. His international handlers have been upset with him because it set the whole timetable back. And this is where I can offer you information about what’s going on at DHS, because it’s DHS that is tasked to be the enforcers. It’s like the old military saying, ‘hurry up and wait,’” said my source.
The Plan
“Look,” stated my source, “I’ve been told that the people with the real power are using the guy in the White House to implement the whole globalist power structure thing. They made certain that they had someone in the White House to go along and implement certain things by executive order, appointments, and other methods to bring about the deconstruction of the U.S., and making our Constitution irrelevant, or at least subservient to international law. I can’t say I know this for sure because it’s all second hand, but it makes sense from my perspective at DHS,” he added.
“Remember when I told you about DHS planning a response for chaos, civil war, rioting, insurrection or whatever you want to call it? Well, that’s not happening fast enough, and there are people who don’t think it can be accomplished in one term. That’s why a second term is critical, and that’s why there’s desperation sinking in. Napolitano is corresponding a lot with the White House, to Valerie Jarrett, to the Secret Service, and to others I won’t name. But there is some plan in place to assure the reelection of this guy so he can finish the job he was given,” he said.
“We’re talking about something taking place to make sure that Obama stays in office. I’ve been privy to ‘contingency plans’ ordered by Jarrett for one that defines the protocol for DHS response to the ‘temporary suspension of U.S. elections due to international and domestic crisis.’ It’s a real document, ordered by Jarrett and contains plans for travel restrictions, gun possession ban by citizens, and in general, ‘martial law.’”
“You know, I heard rumors about the same thing under Bush and laughed, calling it conspiracy nonsense. Now I’m not so sure, and think that maybe it was just too early and the wrong person. Anyway, I’m not laughing anymore.”
“Also, there are some mid-level people beginning to question the orders they are receiving. There’s a lot of talk, questions being asked now by a few people in key DHS positions about what is taking place, and that’s making Napolitano and the White House very nervous. Anyone who questions the ‘militarization’ going on is either transferred out or given [expletive deleted] assignments.”
Disturbances
I asked if the plans could be disrupted, changed or if anything posed a valid threat to the agenda.
My source responded: ”The Arpaio investigation hit on something critical. I don’t know what it is, and maybe they’re holding something back, back whatever happened in the last 2 or 3 months really upset things, got some people scrambling. The White House, and again, Jarrett, ordered ‘Justice’ to turn up the heat against Sheriff Arpaio.”
“It’s interesting how the media has laid down and not reported on this investigation. There have been threats made, and not so subtle ones, either.”
“Also, ‘Fast and Furious’ is huge and leads right to the White House and ‘State,’ but according to my sources, won’t be an issue because the politicians in charge of the investigations have been compromised and threatened. Napolitano knows everything about Fast and Furious and is working with Holder to impede the investigations. She’s using her political clout. But damage control had taken time and a toll,” added my source.
In the end, though, I don’t think there’s enough to stop a second term. And should there be any hint of it, well, I told you, there are contingency plans for 2012.

Pastor to Stand Trial on Federal Charges for Helping Ex-Lesbian Who Fled the Country with Daughter
A Mennonite pastor is scheduled to stand trial next month in a federal court in Vermont for helping an ex-lesbian who fled the country with her daughter to escape orders that she transfer parental custody to her former partner.
Kenneth Miller is facing charges of aiding and abetting kidnapping following accusations that he assisted Lisa Miller (no relation) with traveling to Virginia to Buffalo, New York with her daughter in 2009, so that she could flee to Canada. In addition to not wanting her child to be raised in the homosexual lifestyle, Miller believed that her daughter was being traumatized from alleged activities taking place between her partner and her daughter. Kenneth Miller states that he helped the woman out of Biblical compassion.
The situation began in 2000, when Lisa Miller, then a homosexual, joined in a civil union with lesbian Janet Jenkins in the state of Vermont. Following an artificial insemination procedure, Miller gave birth to baby Isabella in 2002.
In 2003, Miller and Jenkins split, and Miller moved to Virginia. She renounced homosexuality and reportedly turned to Jesus Christ for salvation.
When the civil union was officially dissolved, the court gave custody to Miller, while also granting visitation rights to Jenkins.
While Miller did allow Isabella to spend time with Jenkins for awhile, she reportedly became very concerned at the information that her daughter was providing to her following the visitations. Later, Miller testified to the court that the visits were causing great trauma to Isabella. She claimed that at six years old, the girl was forced to take baths together with Jenkins, and that the girl was openly touching herself inappropriately. She also stated that Isabella was withdrawn and talked about suicide at times.
“Isabella came home and said, ‘Mommy, will you please tell Janet that I don’t have to take a bath anymore at her house,’” Miller told LifeSite News in 2008. “I asked her what happened. She said, ‘Janet took a bath with me.’ I asked her if she had a bathing suit on. ‘No, Mommy.’ She had no clothes on and it totally scared Isabella. She had never seen this woman except once in 2 ½ years and she takes a bath with her.”
“Last year, Isabella put a comb up to her neck and said she wanted to kill herself after one of the visits,” she outlined. “She took a comb and pressed it into her neck and said, ‘I want to kill myself.’ I don’t know where she got that. It was immediately after a visit. Other people have seen huge changes.”
Miller then filed for exclusive custody of Isabella, and the court agreed. However, Jenkins fought the ruling all the way up to the Virginia Supreme Court, which in 2008, ruled in favor of granting Miller’s former lesbian partner visitation rights. Miller refused.
The case also went to the Vermont Supreme Court, where Judge Richard Cohen also stated that Isabella should be allowed to visit Jenkins. When Miller again refused, in 2010, Cohen granted full custody to Jenkins.
However, Miller had fled the country with Isabella before the date that she was to transfer custody to Jenkins, and for some time, none knew the whereabouts of the two. Information later turned up that they had taken refuge in Nicaragua.
“I did not divorce my child, I divorced my partner. Yet, I’ve missed out on my child’s kindergarten graduation. I’ll never get that back. I don’t even get to talk to my daughter on the phone. It’s heinous what has transpired,” Jenkins told Newsweek Magazine.
While it is not known as to exactly how Ken Miller, a Mennonite, became involved with Lisa Miller, his website, MillerCase.org, does outline some of the circumstances surrounding the situation.
“It was in very painful circumstances that Lisa came to the Anabaptists in Virginia for help, which as a follower of Jesus, Ken could not ignore,” the site states. “Ken supported Lisa’s desire to remove herself and Isabella from former relationships which were not in accord with Jesus’ standard. However, he felt only love and compassion for Lisa’s former partner and others involved.”
“In April of [2011], Timo Miller was arrested in connection with Lisa and Isabella’s disappearance. In October, all charges against Timo were dropped,” it states. “The story continues with a criminal complaint from the Federal Government now being brought against Ken Miller, an Anabaptist pastor from Virginia.”
After a criminal complaint was filed against Ken Miller in November 2011, he traveled to Vermont to self-surrender to authorities, and was released on $10,000 bond.
Although attorneys for Miller sought to have the case dismissed, the courts have denied the requests and have ordered the trial to move forward, pursuing charges against Miller for allegedly “aiding and abetting an international parental kidnapping in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1204 and 18 U.S.C. § 2.”
At a pre-trial conference in Burlington, Vermont yesterday, Judge William Sessions scheduled the official trial for August 7th. According to reports, prosecutors asked that Miller not be allowed to argue obedience to God’s law over man’s law during the trial. Miller’s attorneys stated that it would not be a part of their argument.
“Nothing can take my freedom away,” Ken said on his website, “because I have already surrendered it to Jesus of Nazareth.”
It is not known if Lisa Miller remains in Nicaragua at this time. It is reported that an individual from Canada has also been charged for allegedly assisting Miller to flee to Nicaragua.

Intl Banker: The Worlds Financial Market Is Undergoing Total Collapse

It has begun the unofficial collapse of the Euro that I have announced back in late June has started to run into the massive canyon like fissures of the financial world. As web site after web site and expert after expert talk endlessly about the failing frame work of the whole western financial system; they over look one main point. That point is this; when a patient is brain dead, you may debate that there is still blood coursing through their veins, that their heart still beats, that there is still a modicum of respiration still occurring. The fact remains though the vestigial systems of the organism works, it's main source of control that dictates every one of its voluntary mechanical operation IS DEAD. So it is with Western Banking. There are still "signs" of life, the ATMs work (for most anyway) online transactions are for the most part operational (again for most) but the arguments of liquidity and solvency rage because of the simple lack of omission that the very needed rudiments of the financial system, it's modus operandi, it' s organized brain of safeguards and cognition has ceased functioning.
The Unofficial Euro collapse has hastened the hemorrahging of various sectors around the financial world. Lets start with a few shall we.
Derivatives- I have documented that the real loss of JPM's previous London trade debacle is not the purported intial $2billion or the now admitted $9 billion but $150 billion total loss. This coming from a Zombie Bank that recieves 77% of its profits from the government trough. The IR Swaps that are played in this field is astronomical and is accounting for more than 85% of all derivative trades. So what does this mean? I stated many times, when people have asked me, "what is THE SIGN of a financial collapse?" I have always said that it will begin in the derivative market first. After all we have an unsustainable world wide derivative debt that is in the Quadrillions. $1.4 Quadrillion by most estimates. What does this mean and how will it play out?
Hacking- The supposed "hacking" that is occurring in over 60 banks at the same time is nothing more than those with the funds moving their assets out. It is a smoke screen, a diversion, a silent stealth bank run by the elites. Why all of a sudden there is total media black out? The funds that have been taken have crossed in to the billions of dollars. The total stealth bank runs are closer to 200 banks.
LIBOR- All over the news you hear the mother of all scandals, the fact that all the major multinational banks have been rigging the interest rate system and keeping it artificially low. Which robs you of your dividends and annihilates your savings but profiteers the banksters in their risky gamble with your money. They profit and you are left holding the bag. The banks involved in this LIBOR mess total 200 about the same that just so happen to be the same banks that are all of a sudden being "hacked" and are having "glitches". This LIBOR scandal puts into risk an $800 trillion market made up of savings, investments, mortgages, loans and retirement accounts. Taking a sledgehammer to the confidence of the whole entire global market and western backed banking system. I laugh at these pundits who talk about the LIBOR. You see my friends there is no oversight over LIBOR,it's just a bunch of crooks deciding what they will charge for lending amongst themselves and how they can profit off of you. LIBOR was invented to be MANIPULATED the very design of this screams so. You have to wonder why now all of a sudden LIBOR is an issue? Read on.
So what does it all mean? Simple really my friends. The whole entire western banking system is being flushed out, the whole house is being purposely burned to the ground in order to make way for the new. If you are still in paper you are a madman or woman. Pull your money out now while you still have time. I will make it as clear for you as possible, your wealth, your way of life and your posterity's future is being PURGED, FLUSHED, BURNED OUT. The order of things are about to change officially. There are still "signs" of life, the ATMs work (for most anyway) online transactions are for the most part operational (again for most) but the arguments of liquidity and solvency rage because of the simple lack of omission that the very needed rudiments of the financial system, it's modus operandi, it' s organized brain of safeguards and cognition has ceased functioning.
The Unofficial Euro collapse has hastened the hemorrahging of various sectors around the financial world. Lets start with a few shall we.
Derivatives- I have documented that the real loss of JPM's previous London trade debacle is not the purported intial $2billion or the now admitted $9 billion but $150 billion total loss. This coming from a Zombie Bank that recieves 77% of its profits from the government trough. The IR Swaps that are played in this field is astronomical and is accounting for more than 85% of all derivative trades. So what does this mean? I stated many times, when people have asked me, "what is THE SIGN of a financial collapse?" I have always said that it will begin in the derivative market first. After all we have an unsustainable world wide derivative debt that is in the Quadrillions. $1.4 Quadrillion by most estimates. What does this mean and how will it play out?
Hacking- The supposed "hacking" that is occurring in over 60 banks at the same time is nothing more than those with the funds moving their assets out. It is a smoke screen, a diversion, a silent stealth bank run by the elites. Why all of a sudden there is total media black out? The funds that have been taken have crossed in to the billions of dollars. The total stealth bank runs are closer to 200 banks.
LIBOR- All over the news you hear the mother of all scandals, the fact that all the major multinational banks have been rigging the interest rate system and keeping it artificially low. Which robs you of your dividends and annihilates your savings but profiteers the banksters in their risky gamble with your money. They profit and you are left holding the bag. The banks involved in this LIBOR mess total 200 about the same that just so happen to be the same banks that are all of a sudden being "hacked" and are having "glitches". This LIBOR scandal puts into risk an $800 trillion market made up of savings, investments, mortgages, loans and retirement accounts. Taking a sledgehammer to the confidence of the whole entire global market and western backed banking system. I laugh at these pundits who talk about the LIBOR. You see my friends there is no oversight over LIBOR,it's just a bunch of crooks deciding what they will charge for lending amongst themselves and how they can profit off of you. LIBOR was invented to be MANIPULATED the very design of this screams so. You have to wonder why now all of a sudden LIBOR is an issue? Read on.
So what does it all mean? Simple really my friends. The whole entire western banking system is being flushed out, the whole house is being purposely burned to the ground in order to make way for the new. If you are still in paper you are a madman or woman. Pull your money out now while you still have time. I will make it as clear for you as possible, your wealth, your way of life and your posterity's future is being PURGED, FLUSHED, BURNED OUT. The order of things are about to change officially. Watch the dollar, get out of paper, get into metals. You have been warned....Again.

Army Manual Outlines Plan to Confiscate Firearms, Detain Americans
A newly leaked US Army Military Police training manual for “Civil Disturbance Operations” outlines how military assets are to be used domestically to quell riots, confiscate firearms and even kill Americans on U.S. soil during mass civil unrest.
The document (PDF), which is dated 2006 and was used for a self-learning course at the U.S. Army Military Police School at Fort McClellan, makes it clear that the operations described in the manual apply to both “CONUS and OCONUS,” meaning inside the Continental United States and outside the Continental United States.
The document outlines how military assets will be used to "help local and state authorities to restore and maintain law and order" in the event of mass riots, civil unrest or a declaration of martial law.
The primary function of military assets will be focused around, "breaking up unauthorized gatherings and by patrolling the disturbance area to prevent the commission of lawless acts," states the document, adding, "during operations to restore order, military forces may present a show of force, establish roadblocks, break up crowds, employ crowd control agents, patrol, serve as security forces or reserves, and perform other operations as required."
The manual also describes how prisoners will be processed through temporary internment camps under the guidance of U.S. Army FM 3-19.40 Internment/Resettlement Operations, which as we reported earlier this year, outlines how internees would be "re-educated" into developing an "appreciation of U.S. policies" while detained in prison camps inside the United States.
On page 20 of the manual, rules regarding the use of "deadly force" in confronting "dissidents" are made disturbingly clear with the directive that a, "Warning shot will not be fired."
The manual includes lists of weapons to be used against "rioters" or "demonstrators," including "antiriot grenades." It also advises troops to carry their guns in the "safe port arms" stance, a psychological tactic aimed at "making a show of force before rioters." Non-lethal weapons and water cannons are also included.
The document also explains how the military will be involved in spying on and gathering information on dissidents to identify the, "Existence of persons, groups, or organizations which have distinctively threatened or are creating disturbances."
"Crowd control agents" will also be deployed for the purpose of "reducing resistance," states the manual, which also implies that troops will be used to confiscate firearms.
"Restrictions on the sale, transfer, and possession of sensitive material such as gasoline, firearms, ammunition, and explosives will help control forces in minimizing certain forms of violence," states the document on page 40.
"Consideration may be given to evacuating sensitive items, such as weapons from stores," the manual also states on page 27.
