Church Oblivious To Judgment At Hand

Church Oblivious to Judgment at Hand

Unleavened Bread Ministries

C. L. Gregory - 7/28/10
(David's notes in red)

A few days ago, God spoke a verse to me and since then it has led to other verses and thoughts, and they all consist of the last days and the state of the church AND this nation.

Long story short, last night I was going to bed, when I asked the Lord to show me what He was trying to tell me and I believe I got my answer.

I dreamed I was driving at night up a road much similar to a rural area of a Tennessee mountain town. In the passenger side was my grandmother (why she was in the dream was beyond me). (Like grandmother, the Church has been with us for many years.) As we drove, I noticed we approached a hill and there was a small gas station on the left side of the road, but what I saw farther up the road shook me with fear.

As I was nearing the very small station, I saw up the hill and over the top was a large mountain, a volcano, which was erupting but there was no sound, no thunder, no nothing. Imagine the night image of a volcano with a large mushroom cloud as flakes of ash are falling down. (A quiet, unheardof judgment from hell is in the direct path of the end-time fruit of the woman Church, represented by Gregory. This could also be a warning of the oil and gas volcano that is erupting quietly under the sea through the well and fissures, sending its fallout quietly upon the land through poisoned air and rain and disruption of the sea, air and weather currents. Or possibly the Biloxi Dome, which has been likened to an undersea volcano, releasing its bubble of oil and gas, which, according to scientists, has been quietly venting through fissures in the sea floor.)

I turned into the gas station and ran over to the woman attendant and told her to run, get away, for the volcano had erupted. (A warning to those who, like the “small” Philadelphia Church, have “a little power,” represented by the “very small station.” These will escape the judgment, since only those with the Spirit listen to such warnings.) What got me was, my grandmother, old and wise in her years, was alert at first and was telling me advice about life and things, but then she fell asleep. (We have heard the teachings of the early Church but in these days many of those who have them have fallen asleep and they are ignorant of the judgment that is continuing to happen.)

For some odd reason, I could not drive the car away, for only she could drive it, but she kept falling asleep, but I had to act quickly. (Those who are members of this Church must awaken to escape on their own but we can help them by our strength through faith and prayer.) I picked up my grandmother up into my arms. She still would not wake up, even though the danger was nearing us. In my spirit, I knew that the most dangerous event was the volcano's silence. As we left, I peered out of the mirror and the volcano was getting more violent. (We must repent, meaning turn around, and escape putting the judgment in our rear view mirror.)

We finally made it to a shelter (refuge in Christ and, for some, in the TN mountains), when my grandmother awoke, but the reality was, she could not warn the others before, for she had fallen asleep. We watched as the lava reached down alongside of the buildings and homes of every sort, which had been on the wall of the volcano and I said, within my dream, "Thousands will die from this tragic event, all because we could not and did not warn them." (And because the rich and political powers that be hid these things from the public so that it is a quiet, fiery judgment coming upon the world.).

Then the dream ended.

The meaning: It was earlier today, which I felt God speak to my spirit and revealed to me that the volcano I saw was an impending judgment that was about to come. My grandmother, I believe, represents the church: wise, old and established but has fallen asleep. The fact remained, I believe God was showing me that something IS coming and the church is so busy caught up into the cares of this life that it does not see the mountain before them which is about to blow, and when it does, they won't know it until AFTER it comes.

I believe wholeheartedly that there is something tragic coming on this nation, but the church, which should be praying, preaching the truth against sin and immorality, and warning the world of God's anger, is asleep. So, that's my dream; do with this as you will.

New Braunfels Police Make Arrest In Violent Stabbing

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas -- A 46-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a violent stabbing at a New Braunfels Wal-Mart. Police have charged Juan Leandro Villareal with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony. New Braunfels police said Villareal stabbed a 64-year-old woman several times at the store's parking lot around 11 a.m. Sunday.

Layoffs to gut East St. Louis police force: EAST ST. LOUIS The Rev. Joseph Tracy said he’s tired of going to funerals. And now, he suspects he’ll be going to more of them.
"It’s open field day now," said Tracy, the pastor of Straightway Baptist Church here. "The criminals are going to run wild."
Gang activity. Drug dealing. Cold-blooded killing. Tracy worries that a decision to shrink the police force by almost 30 percent will bring more of everything.
The pastor voiced his concern on Friday at a raucous special City Council meeting at which East St. Louis Mayor Alvin Parks announced that the city will layoff 37 employees, including 19 of its 62 police officers, 11 firefighters, four public works employees, and three administrators. The layoffs take effect on Sunday.
It is already a zoo out there and it is going to get a whole lot worse before it gets any better.
I am going to say some things here that many people will probably not agree with me on. If you are one of those, I pray that you open your eyes to what is taking place around you.
Now you may be shielded from the effect that are taking place in the world, but sooner or later you will have to deal with the issues at hand.
Christ said…
Luke 22:36 (KJV) Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.
1 Timothy 5:8 (KJV) But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.
Sheep, Wolves and The Sheepdog
I am seeing a movement take place.
One that I agree with, support and even consider myself one of them.
What is that movement?
The rise of the sheepdogs?

15 Economic Statistics That Just Keep Getting Worse

15 Economic Statistics That Just Keep Getting Worse

The Economic Collapse

A little over a week ago, U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner penned an article for the New York Times entitled "Welcome To The Recovery" in which he touted the great strides that the U.S. economy was making. But with unemployment still dangerously high and with foreclosures and personal bankruptcies continuing to set all-time records, should we really be talking about a "recovery"? The truth is that the numbers don't lie, and statistic after statistic shows that the economic fundamentals continue to get progressively worse. The U.S. government can continue to try to pump up with economy with more debt, but the reality is that there is not going to be a legitimate "recovery" until consumer spending rebounds. Consumer spending makes up the vast majority of U.S. GDP. But without good jobs, consumers are not going to be able to spend money. Unfortunately, our jobs base continues to be erode as millions upon millions of middle class jobs are shipped over to China, India and dozens of third world nations by the global predator corporations that now dominate the world economy.

The U.S. government cannot create real wealth out of thin air. It can borrow even more money and flood the economy with even more paper currency, but the short-term "buzz" that creates does absolutely nothing to solve our long-term economic problems.

It is the private sector that actually creates wealth. But unfortunately, over the last several decades we have allowed that wealth to become highly concentrated. Now the giant global predator corporations have decided that American workers aren't really that desirable after all. They are slowly taking away their factories and their offices and they are moving them to where people are willing to work for one-tenth the pay.

So where does that leave middle class American "consumers"?

Well, it leaves us in a world of hurt.

The following are 15 key economic statistics that just keep getting worse and which reveal the horrific economic plight in which we now find ourselves....

Arizona Sheriff: Our Own Government Has Become Our Enemy

Arizona Sheriff: ‘Our Own Government Has Become Our Enemy’
Monday, August 02, 2010
By Penny Starr, Senior Staff Writer

(CNSNews.com) – Pinal County (Ariz.) Sheriff Paul Babeu is hopping mad at the federal government.

Babeu told CNSNews.com that rather than help law enforcement in Arizona stop the hundreds of thousands of people who come into the United States illegally, the federal government is targeting the state and its law enforcement personnel.

“What’s very troubling is the fact that at a time when we in law enforcement and our state need help from the federal government, instead of sending help they put up billboard-size signs warning our citizens to stay out of the desert in my county because of dangerous drug and human smuggling and weapons and bandits and all these other things and then, behind that, they drag us into court with the ACLU,” Babeu said.

The sheriff was referring to the law suits filed by the American Civil Liberties Union and the U.S. Department of Justice challenging the state’s new immigration law.

“So who has partnered with the ACLU?” Babeu said in a telephone interview with CNSNews.com. “It’s the president and (Attorney General) Eric Holder himself. And that’s simply outrageous.”

Last week, U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton placed a temporary injunction on portions of the bill that allowed law enforcement personnel during the course of a criminal investigation who have probable cause to think an individual is in the country illegally to check immigration status. The state of Arizona filed an appeal on Thursday with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

“Our own government has become our enemy and is taking us to court at a time when we need help,” Babeu said.

Indepenence Lost

Independence Lost
An excerpt from message #154 - "The Demise of America - Understanding the Times!"
Nathan Leal

The Watchman's Cry

America just had another birthday; she is now 234 years old.

Since that day, I have found myself contemplating many things about July 4th. Through the years, I have watched that day come and go, and I have noticed that every year, I see the same things.

On that day, by the millions, the children of America run around in laughter. And by the millions, American adults stand around and exchange small talk. They roast hot dogs. They tell jokes to one another and they try to make the best of their paid holiday.

Or at least the ones with jobs, still do this!

And in the midst of that symbolic day, I have also observed that most of them have no clue what the holiday really means. Sure, people can recite, "It is Independence Day."

America's Heritage

But most Americans do not consider that it was God Himself who chiseled the Nation of America from the quarry of the earth and then marinated it with independence and freedom.

Most Americans rarely stop to consider that in this nation, God planted the seeds of a special culture, where the fruit of the land was the heritage of God. And it was this heritage that gave birth to a people that had high moral standards, tenacity and a fear of God.

Today, most Americans have little awareness of how it used to be in America in days gone by!

Because it was in her youth, that America had citizens who valued the moral rudder and who knew how to place their trust in a handshake and a promise.

She had citizens who lived with the commitment to a bonded family. She had fathers who wanted to stick around and raise their children.

She had factories that could support an entire family when dad showed up at his job and worked hard. She had mothers who could afford to stay home and strengthen the children; raising vigilant sons and virtuous daughters.

Just a few years ago, her people were satisfied to be entertained with the wholesome conflicts of Ozzie and Harriet, and Beaver Cleaver.

America was the name of that country of destiny which was echoed in the mouths of so many people throughout the world.

America knew that her strength was in her God: Jehovah - the God of Heaven. And she boldly proclaimed this heritage to her children.

Americans prayed in their schools and they learned His statutes.

Americans also attended their local houses of worship. It was accepted. It was expected.

Things Changed!

But then... something happened!

They started to forget. They became comfortable and satisfied. They began to get drowsy. They became idle in their spiritual vigilance and slowly the tide began to turn.

Prayer was opposed in American schools and removed.

Abortion was made a women's right! The butchering and bloodshed of the innocent became an American entitlement! The condemnation of the unborn became the “proud shouts” in marches throughout the land. The right to choose was their bold proclamation!

And all of these things happened, while the rest of the citizens slept.

A new war started - Vietnam. Millions of American boys went away and many never returned. And it was there that they saw things and did things that they were not proud of.

The nation began to change. Many sons and daughters wanted to forget. Drugs arrived with the Woodstock Era. And in the knapsack of this new culture, were the ingredients of confusion, free love, promiscuity, feminism, and ailments that fractured many families.

The changes continued. The drowsiness continued. The complacency continued.

More Fourth of July holidays came and went. And slowly, the citizens lost their way. July 4 lost its cultural savor and it became a day for a picnic.

Welcome to Babylon

And here we are. The year is 2010.

That fire of the knowledge of freedom has grown dim. The light of God's lantern that made America glow with righteousness has been replaced with glowing computer screens that display images of iniquity and wicked ones who boast in themselves.

The laughter of a wholesome TV show has been replaced with a sermon from Hollywood which says, "God is no longer around, so be a hooker and a harlot! And men, spread your carnal plantings with pride for this is your reward!"

And that little city by the Hills of Beverly has become the nation's pulpit which tells the world that, "God made a mistake on many of you. Johnny is really Jenny inside, and Lizzie should have been Lenny!”

Homosexuality has become the new religion on American movie screens, TV sets, printed works, and school board agendas.

And with heart ache and pain, it must be declared with a trumpet call, that America is no longer the beloved land that she once was, because now she has brought affliction to the Heritage of God. She has molded for herself thrones of iniquity.

And now, darkness has arrived over her. This sword of her coming oppression is now being forged. Her capture is upon her.

The Night has Arrived

New Home Sale Fee Unites Divergent Groups In Opposition

New home sale fee unites divergent groups in opposition

Foes want the Obama administration to ban a 1% 'private transfer' charge — assessed every time a property is sold for 99 years — paid to investors who backed the home's original builder.
By Kenneth R. Harney

August 8, 2010

Reporting from Washington

Can you name a housing controversy that pulls Iraq and Afghanistan veterans, consumer advocates, labor unions representing transport workers and government employees, the title insurance industry, the National Council of La Raza, libertarian and property rights groups and the National Assn. of Realtors all together into a protest coalition demanding quick action from the Obama administration?

A more unlikely collection of real estate bedfellows is hard to imagine. Yet at the end of July, 11 groups with widely divergent agendas and memberships formed something called the Coalition to Stop Wall Street Home Resale Fees.

The target of their protest: private transfer fees being attached as liens on homes and requiring successions of property owners to pay a fee every time the house or lot resells during the coming 99 years. Though proponents say the concept helps real estate developers raise capital for projects by bringing in Wall Street investors, critics contend the liens amount to a perpetual money machine that lowers equity values for unsuspecting consumers and complicates real estate sales.

Here's how the plan works. Say you buy a $300,000 house in a subdivision where the developer is participating in a private transfer fee program and has recorded liens on every lot. When you later sell the property, you will be required to pay a fee of 1% of the price you receive. The money must be disbursed out of the closing proceeds and sent to a trustee representing investors. Those investors fronted cash to the developer in exchange for the right to receive streams of payments for decades as individual houses sell and resell.

So, if you buy a house this year for $300,000 and resell it for $325,000 a few years from now, you will owe $3,250 at closing. Even if the house drops in value, you will still owe the 1% fee. And if you refuse to pay it, the deal will not close because a lien has been recorded that runs with the title to the property and mandates that every seller pay.

Your purchaser might not like the fee requirement either, and might demand a lower price as compensation. When your purchaser later goes to sell, the same rules will kick in. And so on, through successions of sales until 2109, when the covenant recorded in 2010 disappears. Along the way, assuming modest appreciation in real estate values, investors and their estates stand to reap huge amounts of cash.
